Podcast Trailer: Dry Run Launch

Welcome to Dry Run, a podcast and newsletter by two non-drinkers supporting each other as we talk out the tough, hilarious, gritty, and empowering facets of the modern paradigm of sobriety.

We’re going to be trading stories, exploring new products, and interviewing experts and guests about navigating the choppy waters of sobriety, and how to stay dry.

We use storytelling, humor and data to support anyone who finds themselves on the vast spectrum of ditching alcohol—this includes sober, sober-curious, sober-ish, abstinent, and label-agnostic.

The spectrum of being free from alcohol is broad and means different things to different people; we welcome everyone here who want to break free from the negative aspects of drinking. We’re here for you and wherever you are on your journey, and are excited to grow our community.

There's no topic that's off limits, but when it comes to alcohol, we believe less is more.
