Lizzie and Kristina asked five listeners to share stories of their drunk dreams. Plus, we discuss the term "sober lite," how we lull ourselves into a dream state, and the fragility of sobriety.
Great episode! I read somewhere that a good way to fall back to sleep is to imagine going through your childhood home step-by-step and looking at every detail. It works for me almost every time. I rarely get past the entryway. I’ve also heard that in the military when they are trying to get some sleep at odd hours they blink their eyes fast like 50 or 100 times and it physically tires their eyes and helps them go to sleep. That one has worked for me a few times, but it’s not as good as the childhood home one.
